RETURN POLICY

At Slideup, we want you to love your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return within 30 days from the receipt of your product. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund back to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@slideup.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item with “Return” in the subject line.

  2. In the body of the email, please provide:

    • Your Full Name

    • Your Order Number

    • Reason for Return

  3. Our team will respond with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Conditions for Return

  • The item(s) must be in the same condition as received – unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Please return the original stock item(s) including all original packaging.

  • The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Slideup reserves the right to decline a return request if the product is found to be damaged due to mishandling by the customer.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original form of payment within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order after initiating a return for the original item.
