RETURN POLICY
At Slideup, we want you to love your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return within 30 days from the receipt of your product. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund back to your original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at contact@slideup.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item with “Return” in the subject line.

Our team will respond with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Conditions for Return

The item(s) must be in the same condition as received – unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

Please return the original stock item(s) including all original packaging.

The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Slideup reserves the right to decline a return request if the product is found to be damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original form of payment within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order after initiating a return for the original item.
